Our ayurveda doctors recommend Indian and Sri Lankan ayurveda hotels and resorts that they know personally.
In most cases there are even direct connections to the facilities, e.g. as scientific directors and in some cases they even operate the facilities as owners.
The following services are planned:
14 days trial trip with German supervision and organisation on site.
Program:
- practical introduction to Ayurveda/Panchakarma cures
- Insight into the culture e.g. temple sightseeing
- regional specialities, e.g. boat trips on the backwaters in Kerala, beach, elephant rides, etc.
- ayurvedic cooking courses for at home
