It depends on which constitutional type or mixed type you correspond to.<\/p>\n<p>Churna in Ayurveda (Source: https:\/\/wiki.yoga-vidya.de\/Churna)<\/p>\n<p>Churnas are herbs and spices in powder form. The preparation of churna is a way of making medicines. The powders used in Ayurveda can be coarse-grained or finely ground, depending on the requirements. For example, there are certain powdered herbal mixtures for the different constitution types: Pitta Churna, Vata Churna and Kapha Churna. A very famous Ayurvedic churna is Triphala, which consists of the powders of the three (Tri) fruits (Phala) Amalaki, Bibhitaka and Haritaki.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For this recipe you will need<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 medium zucchini<br \/>\n5 carrots<br \/>\n500-600 ml of water<br \/>\n100 gr. spelt semolina<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tbsp. ghee or clarified butter<br \/>\ndepending on constitution type (Pitta, Vata, Kapha) or mixed type<br \/>\n1 tsp. Vata or Pitta churna or 1\/2 tsp. Kapha churna<br \/>\nNote: These types of herbal blends are very good to order online<br \/>\n1 tbsp. finely chopped kitchen herbs<\/p>\n<p>Please peel the zucchini and carrots. Roughly grate both vegetables to make strips of about 2.5 cm.<br \/>\nPut the spelt semolina in a pot and add the water. Heat the semolina while stirring gently. As soon as a slight creaminess is achieved, add the ghee (or alternatively the clarified butter) and the grated vegetables. Let everything boil briefly and then swell for at least 5 minutes. Just before serving, the churna and culinary herbs are folded into the porridge.
